Introduced at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show, the Ferrari FF marked one of the most significant developments in the marque's modern history. Replacing the 612 Scaglietti, the FF — standing for "Ferrari Four" in reference to its four seats and four-wheel-drive system — successfully combined supercar performance with genuine long-distance usability, creating a new type of Ferrari capable of carrying four occupants and their luggage in comfort without compromising the marque's sporting character.
At its heart lies one of Ferrari's finest modern engines: a naturally aspirated 6.3-litre V12 producing 651bhp, coupled to a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and the innovative 4RM four-wheel-drive system. Lighter and more compact than conventional all-wheel-drive arrangements, the system endowed the FF with remarkable year-round capability while preserving the balance and responsiveness expected of a Ferrari. Contemporary road tests praised the FF's breadth of ability, combining astonishing performance with refinement and practicality previously unseen in a front-engined Ferrari.
Finished in the timeless combination of Rosso Corsa over a beautifully appointed Cuoio leather interior, this example presents particularly well. The specification includes desirable 20-inch forged diamond-cut alloy wheels, carbon ceramic brakes with Giallo Modena brake calipers, Scuderia Ferrari wing shields, front and rear parking sensors, front and rear cameras, adaptive bi-xenon lighting and the factory suspension lift system.
The interior is especially well specified, featuring the coveted Carbon Fibre Driver Zone with LED shift lights, carbon fibre steering wheel and paddle shifters, carbon fibre instrument binnacle, dashboard inserts, centre transmission bridge and carbon fibre sill plates. Fully electric comfort seats are trimmed in Cuoio leather and feature embossed Cavallino headrests.
